One of the properties we've been restoring at LocalConstruct is nearly completion, and I've begun to stage the joint. Check out my work-in-progress. It's still in need of color via hung artwork, potted plants and cut flowers... not to mention a good scrub-down (we haven't mopped down the floors as of yet), but hey, you get the idea.
