Top Knot

No veil for me, thank you. I'm too short to pull one off. And as much as I love bird cage veils, I think they go best with tea length gowns...

That said, I've placed an order for this Jennifer Behr hair clip. It'll go great with my side "love knot" and I can totally absorb the sixty-eight dollar bill. Will wear real flowers during the ceremony (I've always wanted to wear real flowers in my hair) and the clip during the reception (real flowers won't survive an evening of dancing). Yay! Decision made with thanks to Nyrie!!!

Love me Knot

I want wedding hair like this.

Business Time

Now that my short is done (kinda sorta... still need to edit the levels on my sound, switch out some of the temp sound effects, fix some of the keyed scenes, and ooh, color correct that whole darn thing), I can focus on planning an uber-fun wedding. First things first. ME! Wahaha. Still casually looking around for "something" to stick on my head in lieu of a veil. I'm wearing my hair up - either in a knot or side-pony. Had initially planned on sporting some real flowers, but it was pointed out to me that the flowers will wilt pretty early on in the evening...

What do we think about this lil' sparkler? It's by the girls at ban.do...

Hairy

A Jennifer Behr hair piece. Pretty.

This is the Plan

Had a wedding makeup and hair trial with the talented Nyrie this past Sunday. When asked what I wanted, I asked for a side-chignon or bun *teehee, I said "bun"* adorned with flowers. This is what Nyrie gave me. Thoughts? (While keeping in mind that I have an abnormal amount surplus of hair. A tiny little knot would've sufficed, but my hair... As Kimberlina might put it, *le sigh*. My hair... it's just everywhere.) Le cub photographed me with his phone. Will post a frontal shot. Maybe.
