But it
is a Nara.
Dine amidst Susan Hancock's rockin' collection of Japanese pop art at
Royal/T in Culver City. Drool-inducing pieces by Takashi Murakami, Aya Takano, Hideaki Kawashima, and Yoshitomo Nara (as aforementioned) are featured - amongst many others. The waitresses served us in french maid costumes... That said, the gallery/cafe is not only a suiting place for ladies-who-brunch, but for curious fellas as well.
P.S. The food was only so-so, so if you're not hungry, no worries. There's no admission to browse the 10,000 square feet gallery :)
