Finished Bill Buford's Heat and am now devouring A.J. Jacobs' The Year of Living Biblically: One Man's Humble Quest to Follow the Bible as Literally as Possible. Loved Jacobs' first memoir and am unable to put down his second one.
Desks at UCLA's animation workshop are Disney studio desks from the '30s. Used during the production of the cinematic masterpiece, Snow White, they're historical relics! And I get to touch them daily. Oh-boy!

Karaoke-ed with my professor, Chuck (and a bunch of my other classmates). The man has won an Emmy for directing The Simpsons AND he sings like Bowie. Life's unfair.
